Farrell - Wearly Monuments
Family Owned Since 1899
General Information
What you should know:
We know that when a family comes into one of our stores they are generally considering a purchase that
they know very little about. We understand that our job is not only to sell you a memorial but to educate
you about the different choices and options you have regarding your memorials.
You will never be rushed or pressured into any purchase with us. We want you to know that you are
getting the right memorial for your loved one and we realize that many times the right memorial can not be
selected in one visit, that is why we will encourage you to take all of the time you need. You are genuinely
treated as we would want to be treated if we were the customers.
Common questions that we are asked:
Some other questions that we are asked:
Do I have to purchase my memorial from the cemetery?
NO! - We unfortunately have heard many times by our customers that they were lead to believe they had
to purchase from the cemetery. This is simply untrue and a tactic used by some cemeteries to try and get
you to pay their inflated memorial prices. These are usually the same people that try to rush you into a
decision. The simple reason for this is, if you price compare you will see most of the time that there are
considerable price differences.
We have also heard on many more unfortunate occasions that the cemetery has told someone if they do
not purchase from them and the monument gets damaged, they are not responsible.
This is another unethical scare tactic to try and persuade you to purchase your memorial from the
cemetery. The damage that occurs to memorials are almost always caused by the equipment used by the
cemetery and they ARE 100% responsible for any damage they cause. The monument is your property
and anyone including the cemetery is responsible for any damage they cause to your property.
Are there any kind of warranties?
Yes! All of our memorials are guaranteed to be free from any defect for the life of the monument. This
means if the memorial ever starts to fade, develop a crack or any other defect, it will be replaced free of
charge to you or any descendant of yours, period!
We realize these are just a few questions, we welcome the opportunity to meet with you and discuss any
other questions you might have.
